Guest speakers included Frank Lindsey, Senior Vice President, Regional Director and Debbie Ashbrook, Executive Business Consultant, both of Coldwell Banker Real Estate Corp.
Denis McKinnon, President and COO of Coldwell Banker United, REALTORS®, Gulf Coast Region presented award certificates to the company’s 2010 Western Florida Region top sales associates. Coldwell Banker National Designation recipients were International Sterling Society, or top 20% of all Coldwell Banker sales associates world-wide: Loraine Reynolds, Peit Hudson, and Leah Tate, Pensacola office; Trey Manderson, Pensacola Beach; Diane James and Victoria Rabb, Gulf Breeze; Ursula Jacob-Householder, Patti Mankoff, Jon Payne, and Mike Simpson, Navarre Office. International Diamond Society, recognized as the top 15% of all Coldwell Banker sales associates world-wide were Milly Burleson, Janet Collier, Terry Yarbrough, Pensacola Office; Danielle Benedetti, Pensacola Beach office; Darlene Hurst, Gulf Breeze office; Mari Gomez, Paula Patching, Navarre office; Carol Gaines, Pace office. International President’s Circle recognizes the Top 8% of all Coldwell Banker sales associates world wide: Debra Treat and Jodi Van Wagner, Navarre; Brent Hough, Pace. International President’s Elite, top 3% of all sales associates world-wide: Bob Shell, Pace office.
Specialty award winners included Top Listing Agents; Danielle Benedetti, Pensacola Beach; Milly Burleson, Pensacola; Bob Shell, Pace; Darlene Hurst, Gulf Breeze; Mike Simpson, Navarre. The CBUR Commercial team named Kyle Knight Top Production Agent 2010 for the Pensacola Region. Also recognized for the Top Customer Service Agent Award, company-wide, was Terry Yarbrough, Pensacola office, with a 100% Satisfaction score for 2010. The Top Customer Service Office Company-wide was presented to the Pensacola Beach Office with a 99.7% rating for 2010. Sam Jernigan, Customer Services/Marketing received the Key Person Designation, Deena Smith, Navarre was named 2010 Manager of the Year, and the 2010 Agent of the Year was Mike Simpson, Navarre.
