As a Recruiter for Coldwell Banker United, REALTORS Austin Region, Debbra Pearcy devotes her time and skills to matching people with the right career.  She's had more than twenty years of experience and success working as a Corporate Recruiter and Recruiting Manager for Fortune 100 companies.  "My goal as a recruiter has been the same for twenty-five years, to make great matches.  Anyone can recruit.  Putting people and careers together is so much more than that.  It has to be the right thing for both the company and the agent.  When it fits, everyone wins, especially our clients."

Debbra is a Certified Personal Consultant, with a long list of recruiting accomplishments.  She is an active member of the Georgetown Community, serving as a member of the Williamson County Sheriff's Posse, and volunteers every year to help promote the Williamson County Rodeo.
